How long will it take to ship my order?
While we make every effort to ship your order within 48 hours of receipt, fulfillment may take up to 5 days depending on demand. Please see our shipping policy for more info.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase simply ask for a return by contacting us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused. Please see our Refund policy for more info.
What are your props made of?
Our props are made of PLA plastic that is both durable and eco-friendly.
How do I clean the props?
We recommend a microfiber cloth along with soap and water to clean. You can also use alcohol/lysol wipes for tough stains.
Where are you located?
We're based in Los Angeles, CA.
Are all your props black & white?
The majority are, for now... Stay tuned, we have colorful plans!
