When will I get my order?
We make every effort to ship your order by next business day. However, please allow up to 3 business days to process your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, simply ask for a return by contacting us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused.
Are any purchases final sale?
For obvious reasons, we do not accept returns on custom items. However, if there is a problem with your order please reach out to us.
Where are your products manufactured?
All our props are designed and manufactured in-house in Los Angeles, CA.
How do I clean the props?
We recommend using a microfiber cloth with soap and water. You can also use isopropyl alcohol/lysol wipes for tougher stains.
What are your props made of?
Our props are made of PLA plastic that is both durable and eco-friendly.
Are all your props black and white?
The majority are, for now... Stay tuned, we have colorful plans!
